Return & Refund

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a purchase, please return within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging. This includes any promotional items that were associated with the original purchase. While we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of quality gear and an excellent shopping experience, please note that final sale products purchased from our ‘Warehouse Sale’ are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Prior to sending the purchase back, you must contact us at support@rintashop.com so we can facilitate your refund.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will be refunded the full amount for the item in the same form of payment received. The policy does not include normal wear and tear. For wear and tear issues a fee may be applied. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the product is determined to have been used, or is damaged, we will not be able to issue you a refund, and will return the item to you.

All refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment.

If you wish to exchange an item(s) from your order, it is the most expedient process to return the item(s) within 30 days, and create a new order for the desired/correct item(s). Please simply contact us at support@rintashop.com and then return the unwanted item(s) and your account will be credited for the full purchase price to the original form of payment upon our receipt.

Please note that processing returns can take up to 10 working days from when we receive it. Under specific circumstances shipping costs may be deducted from your return.

Any unwanted returned item(s) must be shipped back in new, unused-unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please also include the packing slip. We suggest that you return any item(s) insured for the purchase price as we are not responsible for any lost packages due to carrier error on return shipments.

If we shipped you an incorrect item(s) please contact support@rintashop.com for a Return Shipping Label, which will be promptly provided to you at no charge. If we ever make a goof on your order, we will endeavor to fix it.

Non-returnable items:

Any products not returned in their original condition with tags attached

Worn or used Apparel

Used and carried knives, watches, and other hard goods

Used and carried soft goods
